Corey and Jordan-Air both did a great job of contacting me about the details of arrival. The appointment was exactly as they said it would be. The repair was more involved than we first thought it would be, but Corey was prepared and finished the job in one trip. I am well satisfied with every detail of the maintenance and repair visit by Jordan-Air.
Kyle Faulkner was awesome! He arrived on time and was very professional. He wore a mask and shoe booties. He figured out what was wrong with the hot water heater. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the work that needed to be done. We wold definitely use Jordan Air because of Mr. Faulkner. Great employee!
