As our buyers agent, they suggested an agreeable price, which worked out ok. Not real helpful after that. Didn't answer my emails that required information, I had to call. Still didn't commit to anything, showed up at the closing, hardly spoke... (yawn) it was over.

Did not communicate. Had us jump through hoops to find out about title issues that weren't addressed or even covered in the listing. Was told we would get first call when the issue was sorted. Took the property off the market and placed right back on and sold to someone else without any notification. Didn't follow through on his word. Bad practice. Would not do business and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not honest. Very disappointed. I'm a rental property business owner and operator in Townville SC with real estate connections across the upstate and I haven't experienced this kind of situation yet and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who holds agents to a certain high standard.
