I hired Jeanna Foley of Coldwell Banker Fort Realty to list my house and I have to say it was the worst performance of a realtor I have seen in my 55 years on this earth, and I have bought and sold many houses over the years. She has a horrible work ethic and low integrity. To start off at the beginning, she initially gave me a market analysis that was over priced by $100,000 on a $375,000 house. I agreed to list it at the lower end of the range she suggested thinking maybe she knew something I didn’t, but we had next to no activity on the house in the first month. Jeanna blamed it on the coronavirus, but as I pointed out to her a house listed across the cove was under contract a few weeks after it was listed. The reason for no activity was it was way over priced. After about 4 weeks of no activity do you think she took the initiative to suggest amending the list price to gain more attention in the market…NO, I had to call her and tell her to lower the price! Then again two months later, no activity, no calls from Jeanna with a plan. So again I asked her to lower the price again. I emailed her on that Friday to change the price and by Monday she still hadn’t changed it. Again, I had to follow up with her to get the price changed, unacceptable!! Once we finally lowered the price to a proper range for the house we suddenly had activity, and then an offer with in a couple weeks (no thanks to her). Jeanna never offered to review the sales contract with us, she never reviewed the settlement sheet with us and if I hadn’t emailed the closing agent directly I would have never received the settlement sheet before closing. Now this last thing is the kicker, and why I’m so upset with the service (or non-service) we received from Jeanna. We sent her information about our water company and a pre-paid yearly water bill that we had just paid for the year, and we actually sent it to her twice. After closing I realized we were never reimbursed for the pro-rated water bill. Jeanna’s response…“I’m not sure how this is my mistake”. What?? So because of her poor work ethic she cost us money and now she won’t even own her own mistake and implies someone else was at fault. So when you boil it down, all she did for her commission was take pictures of the house, put up a sign, and list it on the MLS. I could have done that myself for a lot less. I DO NOT recommend her at all!

We have always used Georgeanna White for all our Real Estate needs at Coldwell. She is smart, efficient and writes a great contract. We have used her for both buy and sell.
