Michelle and her team were phenomenal to work with. They staged the house with our current furniture and brought in neutral accessories to make the home stand out. She explained the selling process thoroughly and was always available to answer questions. They scheduled multiple open house days and provided valuable feedback. She is on top on the latest trends in real estate and is very knowledgeable in the field. Definitely recommend her. Five stars.

We used Michelle a couple of years ago and found our experience with her somewhat challenging. Rather than her bringing properties to us, we looked at Zillow and brought them to her. She was somewhat unresponsive to my wife, though she would respond to me. She did a good job in staging our house for sale and it did sell. When we had a property we put an offer on, later we found that the house didn't have a clear title and wanted us to proceed to closing anyway. I just don't think she stood up for us, her customers which she stood to make 6% on. The think that there are a lot of real estate cliques around Lake Lanier and buyer beware of the inspectors that your agent may draw you to. A word of advice: choose your own home inspector, get a property survey and don't go on the advice of your agent.

Working with Michelle was a very pleasant experience. She listened to my concerns and she made sure that the house was staged as beautifully as it could be. She worked with me through multiple offers and ultimately got the house sold in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Michelle and her staff to anyone intrested in a top notch professional group.
