They found us the perfect home, we love it!nnAs far as the sale of our home, one of the best advantages of going with Georgia Homes on my Mind is the design and staging services that Michelle offers…which is a huge cost saving! Michelle started off with a walk through of our home and gave me a detailed list of what we need to do in order to get top dollar for our home. They helped with paint selections and contractors as well, which turned out great. The items added for staging seemed straight out of a HGTV episode…very stylish. By the time they were done with our house we almost didn’t want to leave it looked so beautiful, like a model home!!nnOnce our house went up, Tricia worked hard to get us the highest price possible. She put out a TON of invites and signs for the neighbors for the open house, which she hosted even after we already had offers coming in, in order for us to be able to compare several offers and select the best offer. We went under contract over asking price within a few days.nThe entire team was amazing throughout and really partnered with us, helping us every step of the way throughout the entire process and always looking out for our best interest and our wants and needs. We trust them!!nnSo, if you can’t tell from above, I LOVED working with this team. If I ever have to sell or buy another property, I will be calling them again. And I will also refer them to anyone needing a realtor. An absolutely OUTSTANDING team!!
