Very nice staff. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 there's no washing of the hair or blow drying of your hair. Which I thought to be strange. Other than that I had a positive experience.
Reasonable prices. Good haircut every time
Please measure your length next time before just putting your hands in the customers hair and hoping its the right amount magically.
Great (no pun intended) place to get a haircut & the stylists are friendly as well.
I brought my son in for a haircut and told the stylist exactly what I wanted all the way down to the clipper numbers and said I wanted it blended. She finished in 5 minutes and when he came out it looked like she just clipped it all over without blending. He was visibly upset, as was I, but I knew there was nothing that could be done. The only reason I came to Great Clips because I had a coupon for $6.99. Lesson learned and we will be going back to Sports Clips where we have been going to for 5 years. The only plus in this experience is there was no wait.
