Not customer friendly.. I was offered a discount but it was not properly written up when tech came causing a whole uncomfortable moment. I really wanted to cancel because of how i felt as if I made it up. I truly believe the wording was not clear and no written confirmations were given causing the misunderstanding. I then expressed my concerns on yelp and here comes the bully again texting me saying im out of line and my carpets were the worse hes seen huh?! They advertised worse on their site???? So instead of trying to resolve the issue,ni again am being spoken to like im personally attacking him and hes jabbing back instead of it being handled in a professional manner. Customer Service and courtesy goes a long way in business. I really feel bad about this experience and wish I could have chose a more professional company.
They do awesome work and are honest. They came out when they said and did an awesome job. Carpets look brand new and they even mended a carpet seam back. Thanks Joe
Great service. They are always responsive and quick to get our service(s) scheduled. They get the carpet cleaned and it stays that way. We use them for out RV carpet too
They have been a good company and do excellent work.
Joe was great. He came when he said he would. There were a lot of spots that needed extra attention and he took care of them and the carpet looks great!!
