My first visit was yesterday and I was very impressed. I was promptly greeted at the pay point and was given a quick brief of their services and took advantage of their special for one month unlimited washes for $10. All of the staff was helpful & friendly and they brush clean the front and rear before going through the tunnel.nThere was even another person to clean the windshield and wiper area that the tunnel always misses. If they maintain this level of service and keep up with maintenance on the tunnel brushes they will pull a lot of business away from their competitors. My only gripe was the tire shine brushes completely covered and I mean covered my wheels with the shine solution and that took awhile to clean off otherwise it will sling it all over the doors and behind the rear tires. Hopefully they can turn the shine off for future visits.

I Have thoroughly enjoyed both this location and the one at Hamilton Mill, quick, customer service oriented and it shows they keep the wash/brushes etc very clean because there aren’t ever streaks or spots.nnHaving said the above…earlier today was the first time I have ever had a bad experience. I came by at 7:50 pm and the cones were already blocking both gates/lanes. While I realize it was just 10 min until closing, I have an unlimited pass and was only going to run my car through the tunnel, not using the vacuum, or keeping them past ‘closing.’ Not a huge deal, but if the hours are 8a-8p that’s what the customer base gets used to and expects….had I been a regular wash customer (not monthly) you guys would have missed a sale from me and potentially other customers.nn(A couple attendants were in the tunnel blowing off the ground, didn’t want to bother them or I would have mentioned the issue to them in person.)

The wash was pretty good all things considered. I washed for free when they opened. I would buy a monthly subscription in a minute IF they also did interior servicing. It wouldn't even need to be each visit or anything so frequent. Simply an interior cleaning 1 time per week, or even twice per month with a monthly subscription plan that included it as an option. I was REALLY hopeful as this was being built that this location would include interior services also. I'll likely not use this facility as the auto spa down the road does full service cleanings. I don't want to wash my vehicle every day to justify the monthly subscription cost. It's a greater value to me to have the interior and exterior cleaned, just less often.

By far, this is one of the best auto washes I have been too. I signed up for their unlimited wash club and I can wash everyday and save a lot of money. Their friendly and always there. I highly recommend!!!!

It was great to see this car wash being built so close to my house. Its great and everything is new. The wash is awesome. The service is top notch. The vacuums work great. I subscribe to the monthly package and use this place at least 2-3 times per week.
