Ridiculous prices and deceiving. Sign says $25 in and out wash, I figured mine would be a tad more expensive being a standard SUV. All mats were already removed to make it easier for them to vacuum and crumbs and debris on ground. No stains or anything requested to be taken out and they wanted $75 to wash, vacuum, and wipe down. Very unfriendly, as well.
Mr. Gibson did an outstanding job on my car. Great people and excellent customer service.
Lack of communication, took over 2 hours and there was only a few other cars there. I hadn't been to this place before, didn't realize I had to sit outside in the cold. Didn't fully tell me what extra charges were for until I asked afterwards. The young man who detailed my car did a wonderful job which was the only redeeming quality.
Gibson family detailing did a great job on my vehicle. I would like in the future that while we are in a pandemic that they at least offer ways to pay to help maintain social distance since I understand it's difficult for the detailers to wear masks and also try to maintain a clear distance from the customers if they're not going to wear masks.
