If I had to give a zero star I would!! First of all the color and design I wanted my nail was simple, but the lady told me she couldn’t do it. Before she gives me a chance to pick the length of my nail she automatically starts cutting them the way she wants it. I chose SNS and she puts way too many coats of the powder on my nails. It was so ugly and not professional looking at all. I told them I wasn’t happy and wanted to talk to the manager. One of the ladies started apologizing and asking if I wanted to come back but the man (manager) kept telling her not to apologize to me. He was so rude and he didn’t care about me not being a happy customer. I would not Recommend ANYONE to go here!!! They don’t care about customer service and respect.
I usually request Christy. All the employees there are very good. If you make an appointment it is better. Walk in they will try to get right to you. If they are busy it might take a little while but worth the wait.
I went here for the first time today and they were amazing! I did the SNS nails. I needed my tips taken off from previous work and instead of charging me for tips again, he used my real nails since I didn't want them super long even though I had originally said tips again. So in the end he actually saved me money and it's what I wanted :) they look great and priced very good. I will definitely be going back in two weeks. ☺
Kelly is amazing! Great service and relaxing leg/foot massage all while social distancing. I've been coming here for a few years and they are always so kind and accommodating.
I went here yesterday and Kelly did such an amazing job on my SNS nails! She was very sweet also. She took her time and made sure they were nothing but perfect. I actually ended up messing up one of them before it was dry and she made sure she fixed it perfectly again. I would not go anywhere else for my nails:) You won't regret going here.
