Kimberly is one of the BEST wax lady I ever had. She makes me feel so comfortable and at ease every time I come in. She also takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with the results. This place was available on short notice and not too far from my area. Nice and clean....but I did find it strange when no drapes for coverage available. So you’re just laying there exposed as they come and go in the room. But I guess every wax place is different. Overall the job was done. Would repeat.
Lisa is great! I use to go to just anybody but Lisa knows my trouble spots and pays more attention to those. She is easy to talk to and professional.
Very poor customer service in the front of house. I walked in without an appointment in hopes to get a quick eye brow clean up. I walked in at 5:20 and asked for this service. I received a rude thoughtless reply from the front desk that it would be 6:15 before she could do it because she had a 5:30 appointment coming in. There were two employees in the office as well. Personally I think 10 mins is more than enough to get a quick eye brow wax done but it seems my business was not needed or wanted here. I would not recommend to use this business.
First time going to a different wax spot and I loved it. The were friendly and also waxed all my hairs off during my Brazilian. Thank you ! I will be going there more often !
