At first I LOVED my lashes. They looked natural and I got plenty of compliments, but it hasn't even been a week and half my lashes are already gone! I followed all the instructions: no water 24 hours after, avoid lotions or makeup with oil. The price was great, she had a special going on for a full set for $100. This isn't my first time having lash extentions and usually itll last me three weeks at least. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Kreme Lash Studio is an amazing salon. I am relatively new to wearing eyelash extensions. I reached out to Shontel because I was hoping that she could fix the lashes that I had done somewhere else. She responded to me immediately and I booked my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I could tell that I was going to love my experience, and I did. Kreme Lash Studio is a beautiful salon. It's very clean and I felt very safe with the COVID-19 precautions that were in place. Shontel took so much time listening to what kind of lashes I wanted her to place and the look that I was trying to accomplish. She removed my old lashes and she was so gentle as to not compromise the remaining natural lashes that I had left, after so many were damaged from my previous lash experience. She cleaned my natural lashes and started on my new set. She was so careful and gentle as she placed each individual lash to my own. The quality of the lashes that she uses is AMAZING and they are so natural. When she was finished, I didn't even feel like I was wearing eyelash extensions and they looked beautiful. Shontel's attention to detail and gentle care was exactly what I was looking for. She is EXCELLENT at her art and I am very thankful that I found Kreme Lash Studio. I am looking forward to being a loyal customer.

I’m obsessed with my eyelashes. I had a hybrid set and I received compliments from everyone. The place is super clean and it smells really good. You are in the best hands, completely trust her. You have a loyal customer that will continue to come and see you.
