I went here for a fill in on 2/10/21. I told the guy I wanted SNS. He took off my polish and started doing my nails. I explained to him that my natural nails are not strong enough for just polish. He did not listen or did not understand me. Now a week later my nails are chipping and I am going to have someone else fix my nails. I used to use this salon in 2013. I will not go back.

they are so kind in there. i would pick them over the nail salon across the street any day. the other one by gamestop the owner slapped my hand when doing my nails and demanded i loosen my wrist. he left a bruise on me. so i only will go to red nails. these women are so gentle. and there prices are great. they did my nails like i asked which the guy from the other place was supposed to do tips only and painted my whole nail and told me we do whole nail no to tips. i said im paying for tips. he told me if i take off you have to pay more the girls at red nails told me that if i pay for something i get that. and if im not happy they will redo for no charge. 100% recommend red nails to everyone. if you want to be treated with respect and actually not get physically hurt.

4 stars because they really up charge for everything , it’s convenient for me but at the same time I wish they were better with some of their prices... they are by far more affordable that the place on the other side of chili’s!

My friend and I went here for her birthday to get pedicures, which came out great and was definitely worth the 110. While I was here I decided to get a manicure as well and it was absolutely the worst manicure that I have ever had. My ring finger nail was filed way to narrow and when asked to be fixed, acrylic was added but wasn't even filed nice or even. On my right hand, both my index and middle finger nail was really crooked and looked horrible. I spent a total of $150 on our visit here, Saturday and its just Monday and my pinky nail broke off while fixing my hair..waste of time and money
