My wife and I recently purchased a new home that needed some help to get it ready for our growing family. We had two projects with Jewell, a living room wall modification and a bathroom remodel. As you can see with my five star rating, both projects went extremely well.nnWhat I appreciate the most about our experience with Jewell is the quality, communication and flexibility. Firstly, the work that was done on my home is top notch. Every trade that came into our house was knowledgeable and did high quality work. Second, working with Steve was a real pleasure. He always kept us updated on the work schedule and decisions that had to be made. He was able to explain to us (we aren’t very knowledgeable in construction) what was happening and why, while helping us make and decisions based on his many years of experience. Finally, as the bathroom project was being done, we had new ideas on how we wanted the bathroom to look. Jewell’s flexibility allowed us to get an extra, small closet that wasn’t originally part of the plan without impact to our budget or timeline.nnOverall, great experience and highly recommended. I will turn to Jewell for any and all future home remodel projects.

We cannot say enough about our incredible building experience with John Jewell. He is one of the most kind and generous people we’ve ever met. His family has become our friends and we are blessed to have them in our lives. We couldn’t be more honored to say our home is a Jewell Home. Working with John and Justin was not only stress free (well for us ud83dude09) but also fun. Justin explained how and why things would and would not work based on my design dream and most importantly they were respectful of our budget and very transparent with cost. ud83dude4cud83cudffcud83dudc4fud83cudffcud83dude4fud83cudffcnThis is our second home we have built and the experience with a small local business was so much more enjoyable and exciting than just feeling like you are house #167 of the year. When we were looking for someone to build our forever home, we were overwhelmed with the amount of builders out there. We knew we wanted a custom builder and wanted the ability to work directly with the builder. Our first appointment with Jewell Homes sealed the deal. We never felt rushed throughout the process. John, Mary and Justin take their time to make sure all of our questions are answered. We were updated daily throughout our building process and being able to contact John directly with any concerns put us at ease. Thank you Jewell Homes for making this building process easy!

We searched for a home builder for years and chose Jewell Homes to build our dream home in 2011. We felt at ease with John Jewell and most importantly, we trusted that he and his team would build a quality home. Throughout the entire building process, Jewell Homes was engaged every step of the way. Jewell Homes builds custom homes, tailored to each customer, with no 2 houses being the same. They get to know you and your family and make suggestions/recommendations based on your family and lifestyle to ensure you are getting the house you want and fits your needs. All pricing was upfront and detailed, so you knew exactly what you were paying. No surprises, no hidden costs. We were impressed with their constant communication and most impressed with their timeline. We were told that the home would be move-in complete after 4 months from basement excavation and they stayed true to their word. 4 years later and we are still in love with our home. Absolutely wonderful experience. We did not plan to build a home, but after losing our home to a fire, we were so blessed to find John and his team. The process was so easy. The staff immediately responded to all questions. The contractors were friendly and helpful as well. We highly recommend Jewell Homes! !
