I had a leak at my business location that was very hard to find. I had a few plumbers come and take a look, but they were unreasonable and seemed like they just wanted to over charge me. Home Defense was very different. Adrian came out, was very up front and professional. Quality work at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Home Defense Pluming is unreliable and has no integrity. This company is all about charging you large amounts for work that they are unable to handle. It is my experience that they are not concerned or working for their customers but overcharging and scamming for work that is not needed. They were contracted by my home warranty company to handle two items needing work. (1)The kitchen faucet was leaking and (2)the sewage overflow for my toilets was clogged. When beginning the work on the kitchen sink, the technician immediately indicated that he was unable to find a part within the price given by the warranty company, that the replacement part he had in his truck would only cover the replacement part, I would need to pay $149 to have the replacement faucet installed. I rejected his offer and gave him information as to where he could purchase the replacement part to be purchased and installed within the cost range given by the warranty company. The next day he purchased the part and returned to install it at no additional cost. The other repair request, he indicated that the sewage could not be unclogged without running cameras to give a true diagnosis, the cost $680. I refused and denied his service. At my request, my warranty company outsourced Rooter-Chris Pluming and Drain to my home for follow-up on my repair need. Rooter-Chris Pluming came out the very next day, cleared the clog within 30 mins with no problem, no additional cost or repair needs. Be aware Home Defense Pluming does not have your best interest in mind, only how much money they can scam from you.
