I love NEW MANAGEMENT. They are friendly and kind, knowledgeable on their job. Big change is an alteration expert lady there is so kind and some jobs she can provide same day service. Excellent place.
It was my first time coming to this location. I spoke and asked what their process was when cleaning expensive shirt. Based off her explanation I felt a bit relieved. When I came to pick up the shirt the stain was still there. I let her know of the stain and she apologized and stated she would send it back. Two days later I come to pick up my shirt it’s completely ruined. Faded and still with stains. I asked why is my shirt like this. And she stated she dont know. She being the person assuring me my shirt was in good hands.
