Respectfully asked the owner to wear a mask as a precaution and he proceeded to lecture me about his covid conspiracy theories. Has no respect for others with regard to covid and did not make me feel comfortable as a potential customer. Yelp mentions social distancing measures are taken but this is definitely not the case. Would not recommend if you are trying to stay safe during the pandemic.

Very disappointed and I went with this company because of the so called good reviews. My carpet was not dirty but just had few high traffic areas that needed a little attention. Carpet dries all the high traffic areas are still the same. Would have been better off going to Home Depot rented a machine did it myself. Waste of money

Chris did a great job on my carpets, and his communication and scheduling were excellent. I would definitely use this business again.

We were moving out of a rental house and were so afraid we were going to have to replace carpeting due to accumulated spills and pet accidents. Preferred Carpet Cleaning exceeded our expectations, removed all stains and we got our entire security deposit back. I can’t thank them enough and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing such services!
