I am giving a five because of the service I received from a very nice informative gentleman. I was bothered that I had to go find someone in hardware to assist after 30 minutes of waiting, looking for parts. He was worthy of the wait.
Store is clean and organized. Employees were nice and helping customers. My only complaint is the bathroom. I typically never use public restrooms, and especially don’t during this time, but this evening I had no choice. The bathrooms weren’t clean, the toilets had TP and seat covers in them and all over floor.
Found a good amount of plants to buy. Associates were very helpful
Just picked up my Christmas tree. Very quiet on the nursery side...I was the only shopper in the tree section. I was helped by the most lovely gentleman - wish I'd caught his name, but he was so helpful and really took time to help me and get my holiday off to a great start! A small but fresh selection and pricing was comparable to what I've seen elsewhere.
First time coming to this Homedepot spot, I came across an employee name Timothy, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
