Annie has been doing my nails for the past 3 years and she is awesome. I will only let her do my nails and Ms. Lien on the pedicure. These two are perfect at what they do.
This is my usual spot to get my nails done. Well not today I am very upset. So I told the lady I wanted 2 of my nails fixed and 7 of 10 nails the tip taken off bc my real nails were long and just wanted a full it to keep them strong. (Mind you I have done this before so I know it can be done) well she started on one nail and left it the right length and then went to the next well the next nail she cut my long nail off (real) I about had a fit in tears I said why did u do that she said it's hard I said no it's not it was perfectly fine. She continued to do it to all my nails and I had stopped her Everytime. I was so ready to walk out. So she had put new tips on all of my fingers. Even cut one of my fingers. And it wasn't cheap to me $40. I will not be returning. And on top of that my nails now are short she made them so short she didn't even ask what length I wanted them. I am so done with this place.
I have been going to Regal Nails for 7 years. I love my Ruby, she is the best. She gives me a perfect Pedicure, Gel Manicure. Jessica does my eyelashes and all of my waxing. When Ruby is out of town I see Lisa. All of the ladies are caring and experienced but there are also some ladies just starting out.
Service was good but the older lady there goes really fast and her work gets really sloppy. She sliced me pretty good twice, trying to go so fast.
