I was a walk in. Called first then came within a few min. Only needed a cut. No shampoo, no layers, no color. The posted sign says $25 & up. I was charged $45. The lady says she charged to straighten my hair so she could cut it, but that's not a service I requested or was asked if I was willing to pay more. The stylist was nice & I'm satisfied with the results. However, the shady upsell without asking for a simple service wasn't right. I will not return on principal. If you're more concerned with speed than price then this is the place for you.
Excellent hair services for family. Thanks to Lisa, my hair looks great. We definitely will return when we come to Atlanta.
The staff are all phenomenal I'd give them 100 stars if I could , not to mention their amazing hair products made specifically for curly girls. I highly recommend to anybody that is looking for great stylists.
I have been going to Lisa's hair salon for years and absolutely love the people and the services. My whole family goes and many friends.
Had bad experience in this place, my first time, so regret, showed Karen picture color i wanted, after washed my hair she started mixed new color solution and didn't say anything, scalp was burned, which i told her, when i saw results i was in shock, roots was red/ yellow, tips light yellow, / brown. Not recommend this Karen, no idea of others ladies, she is unprofessional and dishonest
