Carrie is the BEST! I was randomly matched with her on Redfin when I saw a super cheap house I wanted to visit (yes, it was too good to be true). I explained my husband and my situation and she wasn’t scared away by my 500 page text. We were looking for something between Milwaukee and the north suburbs, not too much work to be done, but also within our price range. Carrie helped us find just that, and very quickly! She helped us put together an offer with a later closing date (to meet our financial needs) that got accepted over another offer. She then helped us negotiate additional funds at closing after the inspection. Then to top it all off, she sold our old home in less than a day so we didn’t have to ever worry about two mortgages.nnShe truly does go above and beyond offering plenty of advice (I even got some styling and remodeling tips from her), available to answer any questions, and making sure all parties were on track with closing. We still get letters in the mail. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone that will listen to me, it was the smoothest experience ever.
