Very impressed with this company. We had a pipe break and our carpeting was soaked. Bear Creek came out after it was dried and re-stretched and tacked the carpet in place, and did it all for less than they had estimated! A special thanks to Mark, who was on time, professional, and went the extra mile to clean up rust stains. Our carpet looks like new!
A friend recommended Bear Creek Rug Care after water from a very heavy rainfall came through the wall and soaked my carpeting. Mark Baldwin came out quickly vacuumed up the water and got fans set up to dry the carpeting. After replacing the wet padding he shampooed the carpeting and it looked great. Mark was fast, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Planning on having him back to clean other carpeting and rugs in different rooms.
