Told me there was a two hour wait we have no customers in there because they had a client coming in later. I know a haircut doesn’t take 20 to 25 minutes so I don’t understand why there was a two hour wait with no customers in the salon.

DO NOT MAKE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT! Made an online appointment that got confirmed, and an hour before my appointment they canceled it. I went in to ask why it was canceled so short notice and the woman was very rude and didn't answer my question, just said that she was already booked up. I would not want that woman doing my hair on any day.
I took my friend to get her hair cut and styled and it looked perfect. These folks seem to go out of their way to be extra nice and do a very good job. I thought about getting mine cut but it hasn't been cut in bout 4 years and I just couldn't do it. Their prices are very moderate.ud83dudc23
