Two times now the tailoring work has not happened. Two separate orders took two weeks. First time corrected the problem but didn’t have the decency to call to let me know. Only found out after waiting for my pick up date so then it was another several days to get order. Thought I’d give them a second chance but two weeks later work not completed. They took my money for it a week ago. Went back today to pick up and still not done. Had to fight for my refund. All it takes is the decency of a phone call but they can’t even do that.

Used this dry cleaner on and off for a year now with no major compliments, but during the whole pandemic they reduced their hours to 9-5, and close on Sundays now. I work 9-5, M-F and need my clothes to go to work, so I feel screwed by them and am going to have to find another cleaner.

Do not take anything there to get altered!! I brought in a bridesmaid dress that only needed a hem done. I brought the heels I would be wearing to the wedding and wore them while she pinned the dress. The dress originally had a small train and I had to fight with her to tell her to leave it on. She said it should all be one length and I told her the other bridesmaids left their trains on so I needed to as well. My boyfriend picked up the dress when he dropped some suits off for cleaning and when I tried on the dress at home it was WAY to short. The dress was originally about 8” too long and now it was 5” too short in heels and 2” too short in bare feet.nnObviously livid that she ruined a brand new $200 dress that I have no choice but to wear, I brought it in to complain. She had me try it on and told me she thought it looked fine. I’m sure she only said this because she only left 1/4” in the hem so it couldn’t be fixed. She told me she’d sew a couple inches back on which I reluctantly agreed too. I picked it up today and it’s uneven, longer in the front than in the back and looks ridiculous. Terrible stitching. Please do not bring anything to these people you will regret it!

Easy Service and a Great Location. Staff is very kind and helpful. They also perform minor alterations and repairs.nnGlad they are in a convenient location in Midtown.
