Awful awful awful. Bad alterations and bad dry cleaning. I live in condo right across so I kept giving chances because it was easier to just walk there. Now i drive because this play is horrible. The alterations lady has ruined 3 pair of my pants then gets an attitude when you say something. All my clothes have come back smaller after being dry cleaned. Also my clothes come back faded. They must use cheap chemicals. Take it from a midtown resident STAY AWAY
One of the worst dry cleaners ever experienced. Their pricing is dependent on their mood and consistently overcharge on most items, claiming it was dirty so needed extra charge. Never before experience this level of dishonesty and disdain for the customer!
Paid to have some jeans hemmed. I gave exact measurements but the cut was significantly off so I asked them to redo it. They refused and wanted to charge full price to have them rehemmed, despite it being their mistake. Unfortunately the dry cleaning is overpriced too, so there really aren't any redeeming qualities at this place. Consider somewhere that treats their longtime customers better
