I only used this business to dry clean my clothes because it was my only option. This Lady running the store, I believe her name is Linda, has to be the most un-professional person I have dealt with in a while! She is always losing items of clothing (I've been told she does this with multiple customers) & more times than not, my items are never ready for pick up when they are supposed to be ready, & when you ask her why, she always goes on & on about her personal issues & one of her co-workers (I believe he is the presser, Seeing as she always blames him for mishaps) she never apologizes, instead she will get an attitude with you (I've also seen her do this to other customers) Not to mention she is NEVER in the store during regular work hours that are displayed on the stores door, she literally just shows up randomly when she does come in & its usually after 11am when your hours state the store opens at 7:30AM, this is unacceptable. I don't usually leave bad reviews because I don't want the negative energy, but if this lady, Linda, has a boss or director over her, someone needs to re-train her & she needs better people skills. Never, under any circumstance, take your dry cleaning here. Every shirt I got back had broken buttons.
Horrible customer service and quite a rude experience more than once. Items returned with stains multiple times.
