I have been visiting this location for the past year to refill my propane tanks about twice a month. I also purchase small tools and miscellaneous items. I came in today to get a refund on a couple items. The lady at the counter immediately gave me attitude. I was trying to get a refund so I can purchase the correct items. She just waved me off and said go look for what I needed. The gentleman on the floor was extremely helpful and accommodating, giving me information on when they would have the product back in stock and to check their website. When I went back up to the counter to get the refund, the lady said I should just keep the original products that I bought because they wouldn’t be able to resell it. Then she continued to mumble under her breath and shaking her head while processing my refund. I don’t understand why that is necessary.nnNeedless to say, I will not be back and I will purchase my propane and other items at another place.
Very friendly staff. Gentleman walked me to aisle and assisted me in selecting right product. He asked if there was anything else. Will definitely recommend them to others.
The staff are very accommodating and the prices is great.
Always find bits and bobs I'm looking for.
Staff is helpful and fairly friendly. Offer assistance right as you walk in but don't bother if you say your fine.
