Natalie was amazing and helped me with my kitchen hardware every step of the way. My experience was exceptional and great customer service needs to praised as it is hard to come by at times. Support your stores as they may be able to get it to you quicker than online if they have it in stock, plus it keeps them in business.
I have shopped at this very store over many years, and always had great service. Recently however, there are newer employees who ignore you while you are in the store, and act annoyed if you ask them questions. I do not normally write reviews, but my last two experiences there have been very unpleasant. I hope that management is aware of the problem. Products are wonderful! Will wait awhile before going back, hoping for a more pleasant experience next time!

The leather chairs were like getting an amazing hug. You have to pay for it to get it all the time, though. I told myself that I had to make sure they worked when I got my freebie hug.
