They actually had what I was looking for unlike home depot and lowes.

I dropped a 3-star review here last year, and am back to change it. Matthew, a new hire, is a superstar of customer service. All I was doing was getting propane filled, but he was kind and excited to help out. Best Ace experience I’ve had to date.

I ordered online and the order was ready in about 1 hour. I was in and out in a few minutes, even with the employee starting the equipment to make sure it worked.

Jason had the best customer service I've came across in years. He was plesant and explain to me all the in and out of my new blower. I will be back again. He even carried everything to my vehicle for me. Bates hardware is great.

Lewis and his team at Bates are the best! From hardware to gardening, everyone is helpful and friendly. They are also very accommodating with pickup orders. A special thank you to Francesca and Jack for landscaping suggestions and to Regina, at the register, for helping with curbside delivery.
