I purchased some hair offline on January 21st. The hair is matted and it sheds terribly I am really surprised at this because I have ordered hair from this company a few years ago and did not have the same experience in fact, I still have hair from that time. Also, they are a known name for good hair. I am assuming maybe it is because I got a “bundle deal” so maybe they don’t give good hair when you purchase a bundle deal I’m not sure but I am very disappointed this time. The hair basically didn’t even last a month before starting to destroy.

Bre washed and blow dried my hair so well, my hair didn’t tangle and it went by so fast! Taylor is an incredible stylist that gave me the Barbie doll ponytail flair I wanted for my birthday. ud83dude4cud83cudffdnnThe staff was also chill & so nice.nnThank you again Bre & Taylor!!!

On Tuesday December 1st I had a scheduled appointment with Alicia for my wedding day consultation and I was so excited because I did so much research in finding a stylist that I just knew would create the look I was going for on my big day and was willing to pay whatever the cost. I made sure I was not late due to the fact I paid a $30 consult fee and would be charged $50 if late. I drove an hour to get there and when I arrived I was told to wash my hands and someone would be with me shortly. It was 15 min past past my appointment, then 30 min past my appointment at which time I was wondering if my stylist was even there being no one has approached me. It was now an hour past my appointment and I decided to approach an employee to ask about my stylist. Come to find out Alicia was the stylist doing someones hair right next to her the whole time I was in there. I waited a few minutes to see what would happen when she finished and when she did, she went to get her next client to put them in her chair. At this point I was so livid and felt unimportant or not good enough for their service. I decided to walk out because obviously approaching this person would have done nothing if she could care less about her clients. I have yet to be contacted or refunded my money for a service I never received. I expected so much more out of this experience from this salon, instead I got terrible service, attitude, and no stylist for my wedding.

I had an appointment with Monet, and she was so sweet and she did a great job on my hair. Having long natural hair, I'm very particular about who I let do my hair, and I'm so happy to say I found my new stylist. She cares about the health of your hair, and that's exactly the way it should be.

After finding her on Instagram I went to Alana to have a frontal installed. When I arrived she was getting her own hair done and didn’t really even acknowledge me. Instead two other women took out my extensions for me but wouldn’t listen to me when I told them how to safely remove my hair (they were vocal about not knowing how to). The entire time Alana was just rude and unprofessional and made me super uncomfortable to speak so I just sat there not saying much of anything. I was really unhappy with my frontal as well because she used a sheer wig cap, didn’t bother with concealer and you could clearly see my hair through the lace. The lace also sat above my natural hairline and just made me look bald it was honestly embarrassing. After being upcharged $100 and leaving with my hair looking like an aging carnie, I asked her to fix it for me. I even agreed to pay an additional $100 but she was unresponsive so I gave up. It was all around a really unpleasant experience.
