Ashley did a fantastic job listing our first home. We received an offer over asking price on the first day on the market. She worked around the clock to set up multiple viewings in order for us to find our next home. Her help and advice navigating through the offer process led to our first offer being accepted a week after selling our home. She worked around the clock to make sure we were satisfied - including negotiating on our behalf a half an hour before closing. Ashley worked hard to make sure we got our dream home in this wild market and I would recommend her tenfold to anyone in the area.

Dawn Kronforst is the agent you want to assist you in the home buying and selling process! This is our second time working with Dawn and she is fantastic to work with! Her response time to questions/concerns was prompt and thorough. She helped us through some very trying times in the buying process (the first time we worked with her) and then again in the selling process (in our most recent real estate transaction). Craig Schmitz did a fantastic job selling our house and helping us find a new one. He was always available to answer our questions and never left us hanging. Even when our home purchase took a few extra turns, Craig was always there to give us our options, represent our best interests and in the end get the job done.
