Cool and nice lowkey place to live within the heart of the city.nnLived here for two years and never had an issue with maintenance or management.nnAffordable Living and within close proximity to schools, the mall, Walmart, grocery stores and more.nnThe only con was the walls were so thin, you could literally hear neighbors conversations and even every little cough.nnThe foyer also had a bad smell- like a mix of nursing home & cigarettes we literally had to keep air fresheners in there weekly.nnOne last point, we did have a computer stolen out of one of our cars. It was our fault bc we forgot to lock our doors that night (it is not alot of foot traffic at all). However, I am just writing our experience to inform you of possible activity in the area.nnIf you can get past that, this is the place for you!nnLOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

My mother lives in an apartment at this complex. To my knowledge, she's never had any issues with the landlord/property owner. The maintenance personnel responsible for the property seem to do a fair job of keeping things up as they should be. Unit prices are fair overall given their location and proximity to central Albany.

The male I spoke with was very rude. This is actually my 2nd time speaking with him and he was rude both times.

It's a great place to live. Very spacious.nBut they should have a no pet policy! Everyone else out here has pets but we cant have one because the carpet is new which I totally get but what's the pet deposit for?! If the animal messes the place up!
