High quality service. Guy named Matthew came out and knew just what to do to fix multiple leaks i had. Very polite, very professional, very good work in my opinion. And for about $200 less than what I expected to pay. Customer for life.

This was my go to Plummer. I called 2/15/2020. After hours $$$. They ran the snake outside for a clogged toilet. Reported a rag but what was on the ground was paper/wipe. 2/21/2020 called again after hours ... call back was late suggested to wait until the morning and to remove outside cap to release overflow. 2/24/2020 call back to let them know I still needed service for a clog. Two men came as they ran the snake AGAIN outside the house. As I returned outside notice as they pulling back the line a ragged taped...taped to the snake line? The young man quickly remove the tape and rag like I didn’t see it and the other man didn’t say a word. They suggest reset the toilet because the water was coming from under the sealed toilet. They replaced the fill valve. Bill +$$$. I had to call them back because the line began to drip water. That was a wait.2/28/20 call AGAIN because same problem now it’s overflowing in my shower. They came after calling 2 times. He had to run the snake from the back bathroom shower whereas he removed the shower screen and standing in the overflow. Didn’t even wipe his feet walking thru my house whereas I had placed something down for him to wipe his feet. I know they were done with me but the job was not complete and I paid hard money for ??service. I paid AGAIN $$. I call the office to speak with manager because they also left the shower screen missing a screw which might have caused a fall. Also wanted to talk about my bill. The office manager informed me that one of the guys has since been fired. Guess for what? He went on to say that he would review my concern and pass it to the owner. I know Covid- 19 delayed my posting or even calling them again. People please note: not good business...no call back yet. Watch when they drop the snake line.
