First of all you had to go to drive thru to order your food even though all other restaurants are open. Then I try to order a chicken sandwich at 8pm and was told they weren't making anymore. I feel like the whole menu should be available to order no matter what time it is. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I wish that I could give this less than a star. I got food in November of 2020 and it was absolutely inedible. It was just horrendous. Unless the food gets drastically better, I recommend staying away.

Lol very disappointing service. Long wait in the drive through which was confusing since we were the only car there. When we got to the window, employees were cackling and enjoying personal conversation. One of the drinks ordered was turned over on its side I figured they wouldn't give us that drink and replace it. The young man proceeds to grab a nasty rag from who knows where to “wipe” the cup clean; we requested another one) . Order was wrong after the long wait. I really hope this place gets it together, you all have more than enough consistently bad reviews saying the same things, it’s time.

If I can give less than one star or minus 5. I would. The food is bad, I should have let my trust my sense in drive through when I smelled old, bad cooking oil smell. And the service is care free, none wears mask.

The service is fine but the food quality not consistent, also sometimes I wonder does KFC use baby chickens, the pieces are so small. My little cheese roll was all tortilla one drop cheese, but the servers were quite friendly and professional.
