Dropped off a buffer on the 12th under the impression that we would know what it needed by the 13th, it's now the 15th and after calling twice to get a status and being put on a close to 20 minute hold I'm told to call back Monday. Had high hopes that this would work out in a timely manor as we rely on that buffer. Disappointed even before it's over...

Those who have given it 5 stars to be the workers there for it to appear 3 stars. They are very bad. You can't give them 0 stars
I did not put a zero star because it can not, to start it took 3 weeks to deliver 2 siding guns when they were delivered, they charged me a lot and for the end of the story it did not help me and apart from the fact that the customer service is the worst that I have witnessed in the USA
