They were so professional and had Covid regulations on point! The gentlemen Ken was very professional with his shaping technique! I will be going back regularly! My friend got a pedicure and it was awesome! Definitely recommend!
Great consistent service, courtesy and prices.....
This is my third time going. The owner ( guy) had an attitude, also held my hands tight while doing my nails. Don't know what his problem was but I paid $40.00 plus tipped $ 7.00. I also planned to get my eyebrows waxed, but changed my mind.The customer service was horriblenMy thumb nail and middle finger was very uneven. Loved the color, but will not be returning. I normally get and manicure and gel polish , but got fake nails instead. He drilled real nails too much and didn't want to cut those down. One of my fingers was bleeding a little and didnt want to put anything on it until he put the suppose to be the dip powder. I insisted that I wanted my finger to have something on it to stop the bleeding. I should've went to the Northlake nail shop, by Best Buy. They're a little more expensive, but does an excellent job. I will go to that nail shop going forward
Customer service and the store are amazing. The only advice I would give would be to only let the owner (man) do your nails if you really pay attention to detail because the women will not shape the tips correctly and leave the nails looking lumpy and too thick in shape.
I like this location. I've been here twice.
