JoJo was an absolute dream to work with! She is so well respected in the local community and knows the area very well. She had us 3 offers in the first weekend, negotiated on the best offer and got us $10k over asking. It didn't appraise as high as we were hoping because they are only doing drive-by appraisals right now but she fought tooth and nail to get us the best value we could (still $5k over asking) and I am so happy with her work. Our move-out process also wasn't easy on my end (so many pets) and she worked with the other realtor to find the best scenario for everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you, JoJo!!

We met Jojo at an open house when we were considering buying a home, hit it off right away, and she ended up becoming our realtor. I'm so glad she did -- Jojo was so helpful, always just a text or phonecall away, and answered all of our questions and concerns. As first time homebuyers, her warmth and kindness made an intimidating purchase fun and exciting.
