Joe Crochet is the most professional, dedicated, and talented realtor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. When we began looking for our first home, my wife and I were quickly overwhelmed by the home buying process. That overwhelmed feeling was magnified by the 2020-2021 market, with a surplus of buyers and a shortage of sellers. The difficulties of the market never phased Joe. He quickly found dozens of great listings for us to review. Whenever we wanted to look at one of the listings in person, Joe seemed to drop everything he was doing to accommodate our schedules, including showing properties on nights and weekends. When we were prepared to put in an offer on a home, Joe walked us through the process and told us exactly how to submit the most attractive offer. In instance, we were caught in a 50+ offer bidding war. Joe was able to get us to the very top of the list with his offer and negotiations with the seller's agent. Joe did the same thing when we submitted our offer for the home we ended up purchasing. That offer also had to compete with more than a dozen others. Again, Joe was able to write the most attractive offer, and the seller accepted. Joe didn't stop working at acceptance though. He assisted us all throughout the period where the home was under contract. From putting us in touch with a great inspector, to assisting us with setting up our utilities, and preparing us for closing, Joe was right by our sides every step of the way. He even made sure he was there when we signed the closing documents. All in all, I cannot sing Joe's praises enough. My wife and I are so grateful for all the work he put in to make sure we got into the home of our dreams.
