This is THE BEST place that I have lived in so far ever since I have come to the USA. All the staff is very nice and friendly. There is just about everything in the neighborhood, you name it and it's here. It has one of the best GYMs that I have been to, all the equipments are well maintained and up to the state of the art. It has a really nice rooftop as well where you can hang out with friends and family. To sum it up I would say if you can afford a printer for yourself this is the place to live in as that's the only thing that this place does not have, other than that this is by far the best place I have ever lived in.

I've lived here with my girlfriend for a little over 4 months and our experience has been very pleasant! We love the amenities around the complex, and appreciate that the property is well maintained. If there are ever any issues (i.e. if someone breaks an elevator while moving out) the leasing office is great about communicating updates to residents. Additionally, I can really appreciate the security measures they have in place to make sure that only residents can get in at the ground levels. Our experiences with the front office have been great so far, especially when reserving the roof top for a party earlier last year. All in all this is a great location with a friendly front office team that cares about their residents and takes care of their property. We would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in moving into the area! Final Note - if you speak with Michaela in the front office, she'll do a great job helping you find your next place here.

I haven’t lived here long but for the time I’ve been here I really like it. I love all the amenities and I like that it’s not easy for someone to show up at my front door. I feel pretty safe living here and that’s important to me.

Love this property!nnI recently moved here this month and have fallen in love. There are a lot of apartments in Decatur but none that compares to The Baxter and the property!nnIf you’re looking for spacious units and beautiful clean amenities this if the place for you! Also the new Manager Cole was so helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff here.nnI definitely recommend!

The Baxter is a beautiful community and a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Decatur. The staff is always friendly and super responsive. Lots of amenities for all your hobbies and leisure activities. 10/10 recommend.
