What an amazing property! The amenities are great and well maintained. Its also very quiet and I appreciate that as someone who works from home. You are also walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Also, the staff is A ++! So sweet and accommodating. DJ was an absolute pleasure to tour with and fun to work with. I highly recommend this community to anyone considering moving to the Decatur area!

No complaints about this place. Really happy with our decision to move in here. It’s a beautiful property, very secure and private, and clean. Moving in was a breeze. Kaneisha and DJ were very helpful and kind with the process of moving in, viewing the apartment, the loading dock area and etc. This is the second property me and my wife have lived in in Downtown Decatur and it’s been a success. Thank you all again for everything and the excellent customer service that’s been provided.

I toured this property on Saturday, and I have to say I was BLOWN AWAY! Not only is it located in my favorite area. The entire community is something I’ve NEVER seen! The floor plans are gorgeous, the amenities can’t be matched, and it’s all at an affordable cost! I toured with DJ and she was the sweetest! I cannot WAIT to make this my new apartment home in April!

A wonderful apartment complex, with a great location. The apartments are clean, well laid-out, and the individual rooms are nice. The leasing agents are very kind, especially Jamie who helped me move in, but the whole staff is fantastic. The management is top-notch so far. I once put in a work order for a leaky pipe, and the maintenance guy Sam was there in 10 minutes to fix it! They are on top of things, and a very well-run apartment complex!nnEdit: After living here for half a year, everything I said still stands. Their maintenance team is second to none and Kush is so nice and helpful. Thank you!

AMLI Decatur is a fantastic place to call home and an outstanding community. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first couple of months here and look forward to spending the next couple of years in our beautiful apartment.
