This property is awesome!!!nnFrom the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the fitness center, that has a street side view! Perfect for late night workouts. Most importantly the staff is amazing, and it definitely feels like a family oriented property. From the moment I walked in Qua the assistant manager greeted us with great energy, and was so knowledgeable and insightful about the property. Great dude, also Charae had the jokes rolling, and definitely made us feel at home. I give this property a 10/10 and would recommend if your looking for an attentive staff, that’s actually cares about their residents.

I really enjoy living here. My leasing agent Patrick has been outstanding and very helpful with my move in process. I recommend these apartments to anyone in the market for a new home. It’s quiet and the other residents add to the wonderful atmosphere.

Charea, Qua and Patrick are so wonderful - responsive, fun, kind, and helpful. Maintenance staff is great too. They make living here feel like family. It's a smaller complex which I really like and good amenities. Across the street from Kimball House and Kelly's Market, both of which have such friendly staff. Only downside is the train but when you live in an urban area you get used to it.

Usually I wouldn’t post a review, but this Property Team is deserving. For starters: Patrick, my Leasing Agent was amazing. He made the process very easy & stress free! The maintenance staff was quick in fixing the minor issues I had (I’m very picky) & were polite and considerate! Lets not forget the Assistant Manager Q who is always willing to go above and beyond. He always has a smile on his face and an amazing attitude no matter what! & lastly, the Property Manager, who you would think is not hands on but Charae is the complete opposite! You can ask her anything & she will be sure to work with you. If you are looking at other places to move to, STOP! This would be the perfect fit for you!

Following some pretty harrowing experiences with other leasing offices and buildings, I found my experience with the staff at Arlo to be a breeze and very enjoyable from the very start. A particular shout-out to Quay for making every part of the process so easy for me. He has been a huge help and relief with making Sure I know everything I need to know with making such a big decision !
