It was a pleasure doing business with Cindy from start to finish. She assisted us in obtaining out first house and also helped us sale when we relocated. I can’t express how lucky I am to have Joy Real Estate in my life. When I moved here from Maryland 14 years ago I wanted to purchase a house. Let me say that I can be very particular about purchasing homes because my last realtor was a great friend and she understood my quirky behavior. I called about a home that was on the market and that’s how I met Cynthia. She never misses an opportunity and asked if I was working with someone and that’s how she became my “house angel.”nnSince 2007 I have purchased 3 homes and she knows there will be more. She’s strong, determined and gets/finds me the best homes to fit my personality. 2 of the 3 are rental properties and they are doing great and a fantastic investment.nnIf you want someone who listens, tries her best to get you everything you want in a home and will answer your questions even if you ask them 100 times, I highly recommend you call them, email, text or send smoke signals. She truly is the best!

If you want a real estate agent with experience and a heart of gold, Cindy at Joy Real Estate is just that and more. We have bought 3 and sold 2 homes with her awesome guidance. It was truly because of her experience that as a young home buyers she showed us what really mattered for home values. She is patient and will represent you as if you are family. She tells it like it is but is keen to listen to your concerns, needs and fears in purchasing a home. She understands the market and would only give advice that she would take. We have called upon her in between purchases and sales of homes and she had never hesitated to help.nShe is awesome awesome awesome!

Joy Real Estate is the the best realtor EVER. I closed on my home in December 2019. She was very informative. She really helped mean to understand some of the terminology in real estate.nShe helped me sell my first home and recommended when to place it on the market so I wouldn’t have two mortgage payments. She said my home wouldn’t take long to sell. It only took a week to sell. I closed on my second home two weeks later and didn't have to worry about making 2 mortgages.nnThank You Again!! Cindy is a real Joy to work with. She is professional and attentive. She was with me every step of the way during my house purchasing process. From house hunting to closing, Cindy was an invaluable resource and always answered my questions patiently. No question was too large or small. She kept me abreast of everything at each stage of the process. In the future I will work with no one but Joy Real Estate to sell my present home and find my next dream home.
