My children attend Kelley Lake and I love the school and staff. One angry parent should not spoil the moral of the school. They have after school programs that really help the kids and they are always helpful. Can't believe some of the things people write to try and hurt people who want to help the children.

Great School Academically!! Teachers was a Great Help to Students! I Graduated from there a long long time ago 4-5 grade. Wonderfully teachers like Mr.Grant Mr.Alexander Ms.Totten Ms.Poulos Mr.Taylor (4-5 grade teachers) especially all the Kindergarten Teachers! The best elementary School You could go to learn hard and play hard after being successful. I missed field days.

All the teachers my son has had (Ms. Lytle and Ms. Davis) are ghetto, rude and unprofessional. All they've done is complain about my son and made up false statements. Instead of being helpful and encouraging, they are negative and discouraging. I wish my son didn't have to go here. A lot of the staff are not suitable or qualified. How can you work in a school and act like you don't like children!? They need better staff and a better system...since this review, I've been rudely confronted by staff about my review and told that I need to remove it so they can feel better. Now I feel that staff are taking revenge. Ms. Davis, my son's teacher, keeps sending written reports, yelling through her writing, reprimanding my son and putting her frustrations on us. I told her a girl told my son that he is bad which made him feel sad. I asked her to find out who it was and find out what's going on. All she said was she doesn't know anything about it because my son didn't tell her. So she bashed his social skills and said she doesn't know anything. She didn't care at all. This is one of many schools that is VERY sad and disappointing.

I have to say my overall experience with KelleyLake Elementary has been WONDERFUL! The staff is GREAT. Everyone is nice and greet you well. My children are HAPPY to attend KelleyLake and they love all of the teachers. My children have been attending KelleyLake for years and I never had a bad experience with the staff. All of the staff knows me by name & face. If you are interested in you child attending KelleyLake please let them attend. They will learn so much...KelleyLake has teachers that cares for your children and treat them like they are their own. KelleyLake KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & never stop doing what you're doing with our children.
