Called about getting our water heater replaced at 8pm and these guys were able to come out the same night. Water heater replaced and job complete by 10:30pm.nnAustin was great and very professional! I really appreciated the quick response he was able to provide along with the follow ups to make sure things were working as expected and we were satisfied with the work that was done.nnWe did not know about SLAM Plumbing before this repair, but will definitely call them again in the future!

Fantastic experience from the beginning! After three pipe bursts in less than a year, we we were looking to replace all of the faulty piping in our house (every single bit). It was quite a large job. We called the plumbers we had used for the last three leaks, and when they could not take on the large project, they recommended Slam Plumbing. We called, and they came out quickly to give us a quote. They were professional and knowledgeable, and we were ready to work with them. We are so glad that we did! There is a sense of relief and comfort knowing that we are not going to wake up or walk into a water disaster. Quality service and quality product! There is a clear difference in their work and the work that was originally done when the house was built. Grateful for their professionalism and expertise. They answered my questions and quickly responded when I thought there was a problem - definitely had nothing to do with their work, but they made sure that everything was fine before they left. I feel confident and comfortable recommending them to anyone! Everyone involved, from the initial call to the actual work, was kind and personable.

Nate took care of a problem with on of our toilets. The service was great! He did a great job, explained the work that needed to be done, did it quickly, left the area spotless, was polite, and COVID conscious - wearing a mask the whole time. Outstanding service and a fair price. Glad to have hired them and wouldn't hesitate to have them come back.

SLAM Plumbing was very responsive. Within minutes of placing a request online I received a call from Slam. They were respectful and timely. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make my own repair and did not need their services. However, I will use them in the future. Great customer service.

Nate was so sweet and humble. He kept reassuring me that everything would be fine and the job would be easy. Well the job wasnt easy, he had to call in for help to assist with a major blockage and broken pipe because of it. He was here for about 3 hours draining and trying to remove the blockage. I really appreciated his positive attitude and explaining thoroughly every step that we need to take to get the pipe fixed. He hacked it and made sure we can use the facilities in the meantime. The rate was much cheaper than my other quotes that couldn't even make it. He was scheduled to come tomorrow but he finished the other job and came straight to me. Nate was a blessing. Thank you
