They are very friendly and helpful. They did such a good job on my one rug, I took another in for cleaning. The first rug was soiled with pet urine and they did a fantastic job cleaning it.
I recently had brought in my wool rug tat had moths and mot damage for cleaning and I am super happy how my rug looks and I have not had any moths ever since. Will be cleaning my tugs here regularly!
This place amazed me. They have been there forever. From the time I pulled up a smiling guy was at my car to ask if I was dropping off or picking up. He grabbed my rug & the other staffers/owners laid it out, assessed, priced, etc. Extremely reasonably priced. Old fashioned service. You'll love it.
THE PLACE in Atlanta to have expensive oriental rugs cleaned. My family has been taking our rugs there for over 40 years.
