I went to have SNS powder removed that this salon put on. Removing it seemed a difficult task for the tech as I still have residue on my nails. Manicure performed then gel coat applied. This was on a Thursday. By Saturday, the edges were lifting. I went back on Saturday to ask that it be redone and was met with constant denial that all but one nail was fine. Very dissatisfied with the service here after four trips I’ve made. Won’t be back!

Really was trying to kill time went to this salon asked for my service area to be clean. Tech just sprayed what look like water in a spray bottle in the air. This should have neen my red flag. Not to mention almost cut my thumb off cutting my nails too short. This was Tuesday. Today is Saturday my nails are already chipping.nNEVER AGAIN!!!

Went to this place for the first, and it will be my last. Upon entering, I was asked what service I wanted. I told them a pedicure, no color of nail polish was shown to me while I sat waiting for a seat/ tech to be available. I was shown a seat and I took my position having my feet soaked in the too hot water. Is the temperature ok would have been the next question I should have been asked ud83eudd2bOh no,I soaked until the water was cold. Mail tech came over and processed to do my toes, showed me a chart I picked the $30,then asked me how I was doing(ud83eudd2b). Still no color, did her scrub, etc. Why was the tech’s assumption that the color she proceeded to put on my nail was the color I wanted??????I politely told her that I wanted a French Pedicure, oh by the way I don’t know what she did to my cuticles but my 4year old granddaughter could have done a better job.nI paid an extra $5 for the French Pedicure and tipped her $5, which was my intention from the beginning. (won’t be a regular customer)nPs…. I know there is a pandemic so really touching the nail polish is out of the question, but ask your customer what color they want, don’t assume.

I’ve used this salon a a few times. They started out really good. Recently, I have noticed they rush when doing your nails and feet. The place was not busy. My nails break gel polish chips or they completely lift off like press-ons. Waste of my $100
