Don't be deterred by the location (but always be aware of your surroundings). The service Queen provides is professional and her suite is neat and clean. Queen seems to have a great rapport with the other stylist. The atmosphere is friendly. And my hair looks amazing. Can't wait to see what she does next. There is a convenience store at the location and a cafe. Plenty of parking. Didn't see security or cameras but it doesn't mean they aren't there or available in evening hours.
New to locs.. Came in with two strand twist method and pulled back in ponytail. Queen made me very comfortable with our conversations didn't take long at all. Very professional and courteous. I definitely will be going back in my 3 weeks time.
Wish I could give a positive review like everyone else did, but, honestly I can't!!! I WAS STOOD UP!!! I booked an app with her, that she forgot about. I drove all the way from Mableton, GA to Decatur, just to turn back around to go to Fairburn. She wanted me to sit and wait 2 hours for her to finish handling her personal issue. This whole situation was very inconvenient, a waist of my time, and my gas. She denied speaking with me about the appointment that I had booked with her and when I sent her proof of a recording of our conversation, and showed her, her own number under he recording, she said it wasn't her...smh. LOOK AT THE PICS ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW AND YOU WILL SEE IT FOR YOURSELF...BAD BUSINESS.!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
