Called and talked to Stephanie about getting more information regarding the homes there and the managing HOA. Very helpful, polite and took her time to get me the correct information the first time. I don’t live there personally but can tell the people are genuine and want to give the best service possible. Highly recommended

We went for the Christmas programs for the public. They were great. The neighborhood hood looked amazing. Very friendly place.

If you are searching for a new built home, you get so much from Beasley, better appliances, better finishes, and please make sure you ask your builder where the smart panel is. Augusta, Columbia County, and McDuffy County have fiber optic internet but only a few builders are wiring the homes correctly. When they do it wrong your stuck.nThis is a well planed site and the builders have done some really good work.
