The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Was able to answer any questions that I had. The apartment was spotless when i moved in. Had no issue with anything. Maintenance crew is responsive and very professional. overall one of the best apartments I have lived in. Very worthwhile. Only suggestion I have to to continue to keep having such a professional staff.

We loved our experience working with Sterlington Apartments to find our new home. We worked closely with Melissa who was very responsive and helpful during our move in procedures. After the move in process, Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us add a pet to our apartment and she always checks-in on us in passing. We highly recommend Sterlington Apartments as a place to live.

What an amazing place to live! Neighborhood is very quiet, and trash is never left sitting around in the parking lot. Justin, the maintenance guy is very helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sterlington!!!

From my personal experience as a resident Sterligton is the best apartment complex in Grovetown,Ga. They just recently pressured washed the buildings and they did a amazing job it’s smells so clean and fresh my husband and I are impressed! Also I have to give kudos to the property manager Melissa for her speedy response to all of my concerns she really cares about the resident. At the end of the day people won't remember what you said but they remember how you treated them and how you made them feel!

By far this is the best welcome experience I received from an apartment house. The day ,I moved in I found a file on the kitchen cabinet with all necessary information which is so valuable for a new person in town. We were welcome with bottle of water, coffee cup, assorted drink inside the refrigerator. All employees are courteous, especially the property manager. I felt like home immediately.
