Fantastic work and great communication. Made our area rugs at the office look new again and the floors have never looked better. Would definitely use again! Steve is an expert in his field and does a wonderful job!
We had 2 room and a rug cleaned by Steve and his crew. We have 2 dogs so there has been quite a bit of foot traffic and other stains and he had no problems getting our carpets and rug cleaned. Our rug now looks cleaner than the day we bought it and the carpets smell amazing. Steve is very kind and quick to respond with any communication between us. He is flexible and always worked with our schedule. Steve really cares about the quality of his work and making sure we were satisfied with the carpets and rug. We plan to call Clean Image again in the future.
We had multiple marks in our carpets from three little ones and multiple rescue pets. Without success of my own on getting marks out of the carpet I was referred to this company by multiple people. I was not disappointment. Steve was very personable and educated on carpets and rugs. You will be not be disappointed in hiring him for your carpet cleaning needs. I feel like he was also reasonably priced for the amount of time he took on my concern areas.
We have a white rug that I love and tried to clean myself. After hours of work and still no results, I asked Clean Image Carpet company come out pick it up and clean it. The difference is spectacular! Our rug smelled great, looked beautiful, and the customer service was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Steve was AWESOME! He was fast, efficient, and REMOVED a stain that 3 other professional carpet cleaning companies SAID NO too! Red Kool-Aid? No problem. Rust from our coffee table? No problem. Best Carpet Cleaning company ever.
